저, 홍대감을 기억하시는 한인 여러분, 그동안 안녕하셨습니까?

 

To those in the Korean community who remember me, Hong Daegam, I hope you have been well.

 

 

 

2024년 시작된 저와 관련된 소송에 관하여 법원이 내린 명령과, 제가 제기한 사항에 대한 상황을 알려 드립니다.
I would like to inform you of the court’s order concerning the lawsuit involving me that began in 2024, and provide an update on the matters I have raised.

 

 

 

2026년 7월 6일 서명된 법원 명령문에 따르면, "김재경 님과 한인회는 홍영섭에게 $2,000을 지급하라" 고 명령하였습니다. 명령문에는 연 2.5%의 지연 이자도 명시되어 있습니다.

 

According to the court order signed on July 6, 2026, the court ordered Jaekyoung Kim and the Korean Society of Manitoba for Fraternity and Culture Inc. to pay Youngseob Hong $2,000. The order also specifies post-judgment interest at a rate of 2.5% per annum.

2024년 1월 31일 소장이 발행되면서 저를 상대로 한 소송이 시작되었습니다. 저는  게시되어 있었던 몇 개의 글을 내렸고, 소송 기간 중에는 의견 표명을 자제하는 것이 좋겠다는 법적 조언을 받아들였습니다.

 

The lawsuit against me began with the issuance of the Statement of Claim on January 31, 2024. I took down several posts that I had published and followed legal advice to refrain from expressing my views while the litigation was ongoing.

제가 제기한 문제점과 의혹에 관하여, 한인회로부터 관련 자료를 받지 못했습니다.  다만, 은행 거래기록을 은행에서 받을 수 있도록 하겠다는 답변은 받았습니다.

 

I have not received relevant documents from the Korean Association concerning the issues and concerns I raised. However, I did receive a response indicating that I would be able to obtain the bank transaction records from the bank.

 

 

 

또한, 사실 관계를 확인하기 위해 제가 요청한 이사회 회의록 등의 관련 자료도 받지 못했고, 서명된 통합합의문의 이행에 관한 질문 등 에도 답변을 받지 못했습니다.
I have also not received the board meeting minutes or other relevant documents I requested to establish the facts, nor have I received answers to my questions concerning the implementation of the signed Conciliation Agreement.

 

제가 이전에 게시한 글들은 현재 삭제되어 있기에, 제가 아직 설명을 받지 못한 문제점과 의혹에 대해 관련 근거와 함께 하나씩 말씀드리고자 합니다. 그 과정에서 확인된 사실과 제 의견을 구분하여 설명하겠습니다.
As my previous posts have been removed, I would like to explain, one by one, the issues and concerns for which I have not yet received an explanation, together with the supporting information. In doing so, I will distinguish between verified facts and my own opinions.

이러한 문제나 의혹을 누가 조사하고, 누가 대책을 마련하고, 누가 그 결과를 한인 여러분에게 알려야 할까요?
Who should investigate these issues and concerns, who should develop measures to address them, and who should communicate the results to the Korean community?

Kosarang.net의 이민/토론방에는 2022년 12월 16일 서명된 ‘통합합의문’이 게시되어 있습니다. 앞으로의 설명은 통합합의문의 내용과 이행에 관한 사항부터 시작하고자 합니다.
The “Conciliation Agreement,” signed on December 16, 2022, is posted in the “이민/토론방” section of Kosarang.net. I intend to begin my forthcoming explanations with the contents and implementation of that agreement.

2026년 10월 9일, 김재경 님과 한인회 이사회에 위의 글과 유사한 게시 예정 내용을 미리 전달하고, 사실과 다른 부분이나 다른 의견이 있다면 10월 12일 오후 9시까지 알려 달라고 요청했습니다. 이 글을 작성하는 현재까지 답변을 받지 못했습니다.
On October 9, 2026, I sent Jaekyoung Kim and the Korean Association’s Board of Directors the text of a proposed post similar to the above and asked them to let me know by 9:00 p.m. on October 12 if anything was factually incorrect or if they had a different view. As of the time of writing, I have not received a response.
